Do I need a prescription for a CGM?
Depending on your choice of CGM you may need a prescription, but don't worry, we can help with that. We'll ask you a few questions about your health, and a licensed physician will review your information to check you are eligible. If you’re approved, we'll handle your prescription and ship your CGM within 3-5 business days.

MEET MICHAELA
An inside look at a Levels journey
Michaela Kilander,41, has been using Levels for about a year now to improve her sleep quality and habits. Here’s what she learned.
What was your health like before using Levels?
Michaela: “I’ve always been an active person and in pretty good shape, but struggled with eating disorders, my relationship with food and ability to sleep well.”
What made you want to put a CGM on your arm?
Michaela: “During the pandemic, I’ve listened to so many podcasts about using CGMs and sustaining good metabolic health, I wanted to try it out myself.”
What are some foods that caused glucose spikes?
Michaela: “Yogurt, dried dates and a low-carb diet would cause my blood glucose to crash. Pro tip! Cook and cool your potatoes to decrease your blood sugar response.”
What other factors influenced your blood sugar levels?
Michaela: “Sleep. When I got poor sleep, my blood sugar levels responded higher to food and after workouts. Levels has really made me create better sleeping habits.”

Started @Levels Tuesday. First “wearable” I’ve been excited about. So much data 🤯. Turns out my blood sugar spikes heavily if I eat lunch at 3pm on an empty stomach. (Same lunch at noon day before with no reaction.)

Another insightful experiment with @Levels - I always thought OatMeal (rolled oats) was high fiber - wholesome breakfast. But it spiked my BGL which was unexpected. Swapping it with Chia seeds (almost flat line) made a HUGE difference. 💡

Thank you, @Levels for helping me better understand my metabolism and for the valuable information I get from your app. As someone with a syndrome that affects metabolism, it’s priceless.
